My perspective on leadership isn’t simply parroting the best selling books; it’s forged in the reality of managing complex organizations through significant change. Over a 15-year career as a senior executive in high-stakes healthcare and government sectors, I’ve led teams of over 2,300 and managed budgets exceeding $200 million. I know the weight of making tough decisions when the stakes are high and the answers aren’t obvious.
I founded Abbott Insights because I saw a critical gap. Too many organizations respond to volatility by retreating into rigid controls and mechanistic processes that alienate their people and stifle adaptability. My background in Graduate level Leadership Studies and certification as an executive coach drive my core belief that successful transformation—whether driven by new technology like AI, market shifts, or internal crises—requires prioritizing human capability and connection above all else.
